IEEE EURASIP Spain Seminar on Signal Processing, Communication and Information Theory

The first Spain Seminar on Signal Processing, Communication and Information Theory will take place on December 10/11, 2014 on the Leganés Campus of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. The aim of this seminar is to provide researchers within Spain an opportunity to exchange research ideas or simply mingle.The Spain Seminar is centered around the two IEEE Distinguished Lectures held by Prof. Rüdiger Urbanke from EFPL, Switzerland and by Prof. Frans Willems from the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven in the Netherlands, which will both take place on December 11 in the morning. In the afternoon, participants have the opportunity to present their work by means of poster presentations. To encourage social interaction between the participants, we will start the seminar on December 10 with the banquet.

Registration is free of charge and includes the banquet on Wednesday, December 10, lunch on Thursday, December 11, and catering during the coffee breaks. Participants will have to cover their travel expenses, accommodation, and dinner on Thursday evening. Registration deadline is November 14, 2014.
